Do neighborhood pages describe schools or safety?

No. Pages stick to places and homes. Fair-housing guidance discourages describing who an area suits, so we leave that out.

Do I have to draw the boundaries myself?

No. Areas come from public map boundaries, and listings are placed inside them automatically.
